It used to be safe to live here until they began accepting section 8 and all the other low income perks. It would be nice once again if the people that moved here would respect the property and the tenants. They put trash outside of the dunpster instead of in it, the kids run around cursing like sailors like they have no home training, the gates at the entrance way stay broke due to the ignorance of visitors, the pool is unsanitary it's a neighborhood pool instead of just for residents. The management need to let us know about the crimes, break-ins or whatever going on at the property. You have to utilize the alarm system in the unit and have a gun or two to live here now. You can hear your ghetto acting neighbors through the wall when they blast thier music late at night. The buildings are literally falling apart due to cheap labor and materials. The staff act as if they don't want to be here half of the time. The water billing is more than that of a single family dwelling!! They blame it totally upon the City of Atlanta... but during the drought the outside sprinklers were running non stop.

wow. i currently live in a NorSouth property not too far from this one possibly considering moving...this property's percentage rating is lower than the one i'm in. I'm wondering if anyone has contacted NorSouth's team?

The property Regional Manager Clara Bray is useless as well. She does'nt return phone calls, emails or anything. That shows right there that she could care less. To top it off... I moved out months ago and have yet to recieve my security deposit!!! I am about to sue for what's legally mine. I should've broke the damn lease!!!
