My family and I was here for about a year our experience was bad enuf for us to have 2 break da lease and move somewhere else. Now it looks nice on the outside, n the rent office and interior/exterior of the apartments, but everything that looks good aint good. We moved here in the summer, ants were coming up everywhere. In my kids closet, The bathroom, on valentines day my husband bought me boxes of chocolate I left them on the kitchen counter and left and when I came back! ANTS, about 100 of em [[no lie]] was all ova the boxes, and the boxes were left closed! We loved the how much room we had in the living room but not in the bedrooms. The kitchen was my fav. u had blk appliances and they were still brand new from the renovation but the walls easily get dirty, and it went from ants in the summer 2 a HIGHER water bill because of the city of atlanta. I'd rather stay sumwhere where water is free cuz it went up $80-90 more! The section 8 kids are like 50 deep. My husband caught them a couple times throwing rocks at people cars. One lady got so tied of the teens knockn on her door n running she beat the girl ass at the gas station, that junk was funny. But the most part I hated was when I threw my baby a birthday party at the gazebo and all them lil section 8 kids came up there TO her party begging for food and drinks talking about they thirsty! naw at first they was jus taking em, then I HAD to snap on them and then they MOMMA came up there and had a nerve to say they can have some!!!! IM like what the Fikk!! So we HAD to cuss her out, but that still didnt make them leave they stayed on the playground right in front of the gazebo talking loud, and staring ova at us the whole time we were there. And if that wasnt enuf they had the nerve to call the police because we were tryna to have a birthday party and take over the playground, aint that some ----. The police told them not to come up to the gazebo and bother us but they were allowed to stay at the playground. If that wasnt enuf when my kids broke the pinata they all ran back up there about to take the candy while the police was standing right there, some of them got sum b4 while the police was stopping otha kids frm getting sum. I was so Fikking MAD all I wanted was to throw my baby a birthday party at the gazebo with fam and friends, but the party was disturbed, it almost was destroyed but I refuse to let them nappy heads ruin a B-Day 4 my daughter, plus I spent money so they were in for a beat down, I dont care if they was kids cuz they were not damn acting like it. They buck at the police and when he go to their mother she tells him you not they daddy! And I know this because the police lived nxt door to us, so when he see my hubby up n the gym they always talked. Man it aint worth your money living ova there our rent was $700 a month water $60, then it went to $700 and water $100 and if that wasnt enuf when your lease is about to be up the rent office send you a letter saying if you sign another lease to stay nxt year b4 your lease is up it will only go up a little and if you pass that date and sign another lease it will go up more. Its crazy we had to GO. The parking is bad. you can neva get a spot in front of your apt. and the summer time the pool is only open 3 days and closes at 7pm. Wanna know y'' cuz of all them damn section 8 kids!! and when school start back it goes to its regular time and closes at 9pm, that's stil not enuf time for me!

First it was ants.. now we have mice!!!! They are everywhere and nothing is being done about it!!!! We're told it's because of the property being built across the street that's causing this!! They were'nt there when the new houses were being built on the same property as the V.O.B.M.!!! Excuses! Excuses! It's overcrowded that's the problem.. You have all the baby daddies living here, the homeless people, the section 8 mafia, the convicts that just got released from Fulton County jail.. it's a ghetto paradise!!! You ahve to have the alrm system on and 2-3 locks on your door, renter's insurance and a few guns!!! It's gotten bad as hell here. The reason will be the economy is bad... Why go up on the rent then if the economy is bad? Another excuse! CONTROL THE DAMN COMMUNITY!!! SCREEN THE PROSPECTIVE TENANTS!!! ANYONE CAN LIVE HERE!!!
