Bad apartment with bad maintenance

If something goes wrong in your apartment, and it will since it it is in bad shape, good luck trying to have it fixed. You tell them once, they do not care, and complain that they are a big community, as if it is my problem. Then you go bug them again, they take a minimal step like sending out a wet vac for a leak, but never fixing it, so it stays leaking...
