Do not do it, if you still think after reading all the reviews and seeing the review that 1 in 10 people MIGHT be satisfied, then you are taking your chances. This is an old place that is decent but run by complete morons. They don't care. They can't even complete a maintenance request. They are liars. They will cheat you. They will make decisions that suit them and never tell you. Heed the warnings, and choose another place!
