Community has gone down. Management has promised full face remodeling for the past three years. Workout center has machines that dont work and lighting is terrible coming out of it at night. High utilities due to everything being old. Office staff not "people friendly" need to be retrained. Trash stacked high during the week and weekend. Nothing kept up, Even the lake looks bad.
