Bad experiences!

I moved back to Atlanta 4 years ago and immediately went to the same complex I had moved into with friends upon graduating from college in 1999. The complex and staff have gone way down! I had over $200 worth of contact lenses sent to me- they were delivered to the office. I clearly saw the manager's signature- ------ on the fedex slip. However, the contacts "had never been received in this office". Complete denial of any responsibility. The good times contiuned when some man exposed himself to me at the pool- right by the leasing office, no less. When the hurricanes blew through in 2004, two trees fell on my apt. One my boyfriend pushed off of the roof, as it was weighing on the gutters. The other stayed haning into my 3rd floor balcony for literally 4 months. Surprise, surprise when another huge storm blew through and the ceiling in my bedroom caved in. I had plaster and insulation everywhere. I called to have it fixed, but instead of waiting to let things dry, they redid the ceiling 2 days later (speedy, but not intelligent)and it looks a mess- too wet and then the mold set in. While they redid that they decided to paint other brown spots- leaks- on the ceiling. Now my furniture is speckeled with white paint. The AC has gone out each season. They even turned my electric off once. Construction of pricy condos has made the road into the complex a disaster. Clientell has gone so far down. I don't pay all that money to live in the ghetto- bass thumping, neighbors belongings being thrown on grass in eviction process-many times, trash allover, and "really upstanding citizens" hanging out in the parking lot for a fun Friday night. My personal favorite was when the downstairs neighbor had family in from Africa and they decided to barbecue a goat. Smoke was so bad the fire alarms went off three floors up. For weeks I could smell roasted goat every time I opened my cabinets.
