They are all poorly run with incompetent people and the coporate office does not care and does not return phone calls. Each property has the same problem with maintenance, rats, roaches, evictions, lies and insensitivity from the leasing office.
No one in the leasing office every lives on any Wesley Park property otherwise they would not allow these things to be going on.
If ever there was a time to listen it's now. Save yourself. Do NOT resign the lease and DO NOT rent here if you havn't already.
Another thing. After you move out they will send you a bill for all the water they said you only had to pay $35 or $40 a month for.
