Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The place has become a seething ghetto. Run away and fast. 2 years ago it seemed inviting, oh how things have changed. I have had to have the cops out on several occasions for threats from neighbors, noise and even vandalism on my car. The grounds are strewn with litter. The management is a joke. The eminence staff is pathetic (two months to get a garbage disposal fixed is a joke!) Too many "Katrina" refugees moving in and well.. The place has truly become a ghetto... stay away!
