I contacted the office to get some leasing information regarding prices on their one and two bedrooms and spoke to a lady by the name of ----. She was very unprofessional and rude, needless to say just the vibe from our phone conversation had me hanging up wishing I could take back the past two minutes of my day.

My experience was similar. I have already leased an apartment but have not yet moved in. In dealing with her on the phone to try to get information pertaining to my lease, she was exceptionally rude and unprofessional.
