I've lived there since Semptember and I honestly don't know why everyone rates these apartments so low. I think it has to do with the occupant and not the management. Every maintenence request is resolved within 36 hours, the tennis courts have just been resurfaced, the rec rooms are more than adequate, and the staff has been nothing but helpful. There are a lot of dogs and sometimes it seems like they bark a lot, but its not really anything I get worked up about. The appliances are far from new but they cook, cool, and wash everything just fine. Our rented dryer takes some getting used to, but it dries everything eventually. The place is mowed and trimmed every monday. These are apartments, not condos. I have had a satisfactory year so far and plan on renewing my lease.

You must have low expectations because this place is trashy.

I think You're right, The Woods are just FINE. It truly is the occupant and not management.

Well, you are lucky then. I lived there for 8 months and not one maintenance issue was taken care of....and the office would conviniently "lose" my money order payments a couple of times...then charge me extra for a late fee.
