I live in building 9--(lake) and wanted to write something positive about person who works in maintence, his name is James (head of maintence). Yes, he's one of the people at the office who takes pride in his work and anything I ever asked of him has been done with perfessionalism and expediantcy. James has done several request for me and has went the extra mile trying to accomodate. He's truely one of the people that I can rely on when entering my apartment. I can also say Tyrek is good. I'm writing to give credit when credit is due. Although there have several writings over the past month regarding the Woods At Overlook and some to be true, I wanted to be positive and feel that the complex should reward James for all his hard work. I will be following up on this email to the corporate office regarding this individual. James (Many Thanks).
