Does this complex have problems' Yes. No place is perfect, and here is no expection. What is good about this community is the price. These are older apartments in a prime area of town. Yes, they need some maintanence, and I have had to hassle the office staff to put my requests through, but I document everything in case I should need it for legal reasons at a later date.
However, to those who complain about bugs, etc., it is part of living in the south. The quality of the apartments is not great, but the reason for renting is to save money to buy. I personally don't feel the need to pay money for high-end fixtures, appliances, crown molding, etc. The roof over my head is good, the noise level is low, the feeling of safety is reasonable. The only thing I recommend the community upgrade in this regard is the lighting outside and in breezeways.
Some of the office staff are very professional and helpful. Others are downright rude. The level of professionalism and service in the office need to be addressed beyond simply "slapping" somone on the wrist. They need to be taken seriously because that will help a lot with resident satisfaction. Additionally, in renting, the assistance of a friendly, professional office staff is something toward which your money goes. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
