I have been 2 yrs and I do plan to move when my lease is up. The bug problem has been pretty bad this summer. Yes, you must expect bugs in the south and the woods only add to the problem. They claimed that they sprayed the outside of the buildings there fore the "Flying roaches" came in. How dumb!! They did spray the inside of my unit and the problem ceased. I sprayed (BugStop-Walmart) as well myself and also caulked and taped all openings around pipes under the bathroom and kitchen sinks I also stuffed paper in the openings of my balcony sliding door to stop them from crawling in.

Some of the staff/maintance are incompetent.
Once Orkin came into my unit all of the sudden the master key would not work, I was told. Then I was told that my key was "lost". This drama went on for about a week then they changed my locks.

When I call for any maintainence I must say the response is within 24-48 hours yet some of the staff are incompetent. It took 4 times to fix my running toliet and my kitchen light is not working after the maintanance men wrote down that it was fixed. I hate calling them again and again for the same thing and I hate them in my place when I am not here especially since they can't even keep up with my key!!

The communication here is poor. They turn the exercise room (ViningsPeak) into the office and did not notify anyone in writing.
Also, did they did something to the laundry room but I have not been informed to what the status of it is. I have my own washer/dryer but it would still be nice to know any changes on the property.

The buidling is old and they could at leat paint; it looks so shabby. I have evidence of leaking and mold and I have reported it to be told that someone will come but they never have. Hurricane Dennis (last yr) caused a leak (dried stain now) in my bedroom and they have yet to do anything about it. The upper management or whoever sends the emails for your opinion don't even read the responses. I responded that my kitchen light was never fixed and they have not done anything. I will not waste my time to answer any more thier emails!!

I noticed the the overhead lights were replaced and it is brighter in my breezeway.

My car was stolen last year by a minor and I feel this is due to lack of security. I feel a gate is needed. They claim there are two policemen on the property..where are they''

I like the location near expressways and shopping. The noise level is low here compared to other apts I have lived.

The train/traffic backup gets on my nerves I avoid driving down Paces Mill/Ferry and use cumberland and Mt Wilkenson to enter complex.

Well, the price is the best in this area; yet you do get what you pay for. I plan to move and have learned from this experience.
