I would not recommend this apartment to ANYONE! Ever since day one there have been problems. Maintenance problems, Problems with inconsistency in communication with staff members, not to mention the high turnover with the staff. The property manager made attempts to rectify the situation on my first phone call but never followed up with me and I eventually had to call corporate for resolution. The area is lovely but I suggest you look for other options in the area and just pay for the peace of mind. The bugs are UNBEARABLE!!! The apartment is old and needs renovation badly. Please take my word for it and do not move here. You will surely regret this decision if you do.
