I am a resident (but not for long) of Wood Lake - which also includes Wood View and Vinings Peak. I can't speak for that latter ones, but I cna for Wood Lake. The management team does not care about their residents and there actions clearly illustrate that they don't. The property manager, ------- -----, is there just for the money and truly doesn't have a vested interested in the residents. She is a liar and will do anything to cover her butt. I truly count it a blessing that I am moving out of the community tomorrow and moving to another community - owned by JPI - one of the premier property management companies - where they care about their residents. AIMCO doesn't and I swear, as God as my witness, that I would NEVER recommend anyone to sign a lease in this community. If you do so, you are asking for trouble.
In closing, I hope ------- gets fired from her job. She doesn't deserve to be in that position and she clearly doesn't know what the hell she is doing. Not to mention her incompetent staff, including------------. They just need to tear that office building down and start over with a fresh new staff.
