This number is very hard to get. The property manager, ---, will intentionally NOT give you this number. If asked for her managers number, --- always gives a pager number. If you go back and ask for a land line or corp. number, --- says that the pager is the only number she has. The district manager can be reached at ------------.
You can also reach the properties attorney,----------------------------------------------------------.
The district manager might speak to you once or twice then she also stops returning calls. Good luck!!

Yeah for you and thanks for sharing! I am impressed you got this far. I was shut down and couldn't even get a pager number. AIMCO has several unresolved cases filed with the Better Business Beureau, the vast majority due to unresponsiveness -- big surprise!

Completely same experience. --- also gave me a bogus number attached to some voice mail (doesn't say who's)...she also hung up on me, had to call back to get her name. Lived there for 3 years and am now in a great community with staff who smile and answer your questions...who knew.
thanks for the numbers!
