I have been here in Wood Lake going on 4year and I have not seen anything or heard anything of the stuff that im reading. Most of the time when a resident gets on here it's because he or she got really pissed about something.im sure doing your time here there was some good ''''so talk about the good and the bad becasue it could have not all been bad.(you stayed here, you didnt leave)if it's as bad as you say break,or pay out your lease and move out.If it was that bad for me i would pay out my lease and move on.Why stay if you hate it so much'

Not everyone is in the position to pay out their lease. For some the only option is to stay until the lease is up and then move out of there as fast as possible. Money to payout a lease and then move and pay another deposit at another apartment does not grow on trees.

I was stuck having to pay through the end of the lease but finally paid out the end of my lease and got the heck out! Good riddance.

I tried to terminate my lease early and was not allowed to do so. So when my one year of the worst living situation I have ever encountered ended, I left and moved into a condo I purchased. Did management even acknowledge me the day I went into the office to do my final walk through? No. So when people post only negative -- and note, before I posted negative, I was writing positive points but it went completely downhill -- they probably have a good, justifiable reason. Getting up and walking out on a lease is not as easy in reality as it sounds in theory.

Dear Dumbass, Consider yourself lucky you have not gone through the hell I have living here. Like the last guy said not all of us are allowed to leave and other of us can't afford to pay out so much at once. I could write you a book on my problems here.
