Unfortunately for me my lease doesn't end until next year. I have had problems since I have been here including listening to contruction over my head. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have made that turn into Peak. I have seen critters scurrying across my floor, wall, shower curtains and dead in the tub. The property management staff is dishonest and unorganized. I moved here because I thought it would be peaceful, but it has been one problem after another. You would seem to think a place that charges over $1000 for rent would not have bugs everytwhere, mold and property management problems. I am really disappointed.

Oh I understand, I'm sorry for your experience to. REally those apartments are very old and they have just covered up a bunch of old problems with new paint, appliances and wooden floors. I'm amazed that they even have gotten their rating up to 11% now. They have screwed me out of my deposit. Saying they sent it out, they never did. I wrote resident relations over a year ago, I just now after I have been moved out for months am getting a response... let me reiterate this, over a year to respond and the it wasn't much of a response. It's ok though this place will eventually get what's coming to them. I have video and recording that are going to expose the poor quality of those apartments and the way they treat their tenants. It really must not be to hard to become a property manager there, I have watched 3 come and go in the course of 3 years. The current one I believe her name is Becky ignores my calls and will not give me back my deposit. Her words exactly, "I have more important things to deal with." Really Becky? Good, your about to have something very important to deal with. It's called court. Good luck to you and hopefully you will find a better apartment next go round as I have.

do you have alot of bugs because you live on the terrace level or is it just that way everywhere?
