I've been very happy with the apartments and staff. It has been a little noisy with all of the construction, but it has been worth it. The maintenance crew is great and have always done everything possible to take care of whatever problem we had. Doc and Cat really are great. The only problems we've had are the bugs, but it's not too bad. It comes with living in a wooded place. The rent it somewhat pricey but goes with the area these apartments are in. I would recommend them to anyone.
