Do you come to these websites when your are really happy with your place and want to share or when you are really pissed and want to bash' The truth is when you are really pissed. I have been living here (WoodView) from 2003 - 2007. My rent was $500-$600 for 1 bedroom. When they started renovating I didn`t mind untill my lease was up and I was asked to move to renovated apartment for $750.I was mad and wrote a comment about it. Well now I live down the road in Stone Ridge and my rent is $515 and guess what this place is a roachmotel. I have revisited Views and Peak and burried the hatchet. The only person that I recognize is Ty in leasing everybody else is new. He showed me around and I have to say that it is worth $750 with the construction/renovatin almost finished now. I was amazed that they have built 2 new clubhouses and how awesome they are. Thanks to my job promotion I will be able to move back here in November.
