If you are looking for a nice place to live,turn around. I have lived in the Peak since September and have had trouble since the beginning with these cheapily renovated dumps. Things that were reported upon move in have not been taken care of. It was reported when we moved in that there was mold on the base boards near the kitchen and that the base boards still had water in them and they would be replaced. Instead of replacing them, our apartment has flooded 3 times only to be told that this was an underlying problem with the previous owner and instead of fixing the problem, it was camouflaged. We are unable to run the microwave while other lights are on or the fuse will blow. This is a fire hazard, but has it been addressed...NO! The door is not sealed well, so our heating bill was high this winter and the lock is loose and easy to fidget, but not fixed. If you are looking for a nice living space that has put time and money in their renovations and one that has really thought about their occupants, this is NOT the place.

The lock thing is not good. I had a neighbor who told me about the neighborhood peeping tom some time ago. I was told that the staff didn't do anything about so stay on the maintenance folks about the lock.
