I live at the Peak in a one bedroom currently. I moved here in Aug. 08' from Miami.
The Good: Updated style, crown molding, brush nickle etc.
I feel extremely safe here, lots of light
Beautiful clubhouses with great amenities
Very nice neighbors
Very Well kept grounds. Constantly cutting grass, planting
Very quick maintenance assistance
Washer and Dryer included
Great water shower pressure
Quiet overall

The Bad:
Bugs here and there, but that's typical of Atlanta apartments
When I first moved in, had to fix a couple of issues for a couple of months with the construction.
In the winter, its pretty cold, lots of air leaking through doors and windows

That's not true about all Atlanta apartments. I don't have critters where I live now.
