River Parkway is a great apartment complex as long as you don't mind paying to live with rats!!!! And don't think that the staff at River Parkway will care or even try to compensate you for any difficulty it has caused you including having to stay at a hotel. I would only recommend living here if you are planning on never complaining and only living there for part of your lease.
