Do you need more to guide you away from this dump' Just talk to the new "interim" wicked witch of Cobb County's and Vinings #1 embarrasement rental property. This place has just been purchased or dumped - who knows by whom! A bulldozer and the EPA would be the most appropriate. Of course, management has not informed any of the tenants - and they give tenants 30 days to get out if sold. Hopefully, these new buyers have many bulldozers and lots of money. It's a shame that Berkshire has let this prime property go down the toilet. They say they have no money - check out the lawsuit against them by the stockholders!Pay more and be happy - this place is not worth it.
