This complex isn't the newest and the appliances are a little old. However, I have never had a problem with the front office and they always fix any problems I have. The management has installed new alarm systems and new heat/air. I agree that this place has gone down in the past few years but it seems as if the new management is really trying to correct previous problems. Also, River Parkway is an overall quiet community and is in a great location, near 75 and 285 and only 10 min from downtown.
It isn't as good as Post, but it is a lot cheaper!
