I moved to this place 8 months ago.
The place is spacious and rent is not very high. So if one is only interested in more space per doller, I would recommend this place.

If you want anything more, hmmm....
Management will promise you everything before you move in, but it does not deliver.

When I moved in, the telephone jacks in apartment were not working. When I contacted
leasing office, I was told that it is telephone companies responsibility (it's approx $100 to get phone jacks fixed).

Construction/repair is an ongoing activity on the property. We selected an apartment in the building which had washer drier facility. Guess what, after sometime they closed the facility for repairs. No explainations/waring
offered.

The is gym/recreation center which has been closed for a long time ... under repairs.
Tennis court .... go in the evening and you will find that half of the times the lights dont work.

And the gas bill (heating and hot water use gas)... your gas bill is not based on your usage but its a common bill based on your apartment size. Everyone in community gets the same bill. First, I was not told about this style of billing when I was signing the lease. Second, this does not make any sense.

Apartments are old and creaky.

Overall, my experience in this apartments community has been frustrating and I feel I have been cheated and lied to.
