I spent a lot of time here with my girlfriend who lived here for about a year. What a nightmare. She lived below a fat guy who I think was constantly doing Tae Bo, without any results. The dumpster was always overflowing. And even when it wasn't, it was simply an open dumpster like you'd see on a construction site. Very classy.... Then there was the day we went to the pool and someone decided to add some "style" to the men's bathroom by spreading feces all over the walls. Nice.... Then there was the time we came home from a night out and found about 6 Cobb Police cars with someone blocked in at the gates. Then there was the time some idiot on the top floor almost burned down the entire top floor of the building. My girlfriend's apartment and clothes smelled like bbq for a while. She had a first floor apartment that had a wonderful view of all the burned and charred stuff management threw out of the burned apartment. I can't tell you how pleasant it was sitting on her patio with melted appliances, walls, burned out mattresses, chairs, and tables, about 5 ft away for about a month or two. Then there was the time the dishwasher of Tae Bo man leaked into her apartment. I can't remember how many different bowls we needed to collect the drips. If you like being woken up by fire trucks and trains, request an apartment on the Cobb Parkway side!!

The positive reviews here were obviously written by management. I mean, who else would use bullet points' Did they copy the brochure verbatim'
