Since I'm leaving and obviously not renewing my lease, I hadn't heard about the rent increases. One tenant I spoke with was told that because of the upgrades...new molding on her interior doors (BFD) and the french doors, her rent would go up $60 for a one bedroom.

You're right about the new permanent team. Property managers must go to property managers school to learn the "blank stare". That is the only response you get from them when you tell them you cannot stand the moldy, musty smell in your apartment.

My apartment is also overrun with centipedes and millipedes. There are always millipedes crawling across my kitchen floor.

The rennovation has caused more mess than it has remedied. They patched the brick mortar and left huge globs of mortor all over the pinestraw, windows, sidewalks and even on the new airconditioning units. Wonder how long before that gunk shuts down the new air conditioners'

Two weeks ago our bathrooms and bathtubs backed up. It resulted plumbers having to dig up something outside the apartment...they left grey, slimy, stinking sewage laying next to the sidewalk and it is still there. Also, the huge pipe snake that they used outside to pull all of that gunk out is still lying on our "beautiful landscaping". It's been TWO WEEKS !!!!!
