Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
We have been lived there for over one year. The new management team is trying to increase the rental. The will give you all the excuses to increase your rental.

The major thing bothers me is that it is so noisy living at first floor. It's not because of people but because the building. People ived upstairss previously came home around 2 or 3am and woke me up every day. Now current one got up at 5am every day and I have to sleep in the living room...
