Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
I lived at River Parkway from 1997 - 2000. I was there when the management changed from Ledic to Berkshire and watched the quality of everything go down, down, down.
Reading other comments, I saw that Maria is gone. Well, ding dong the witch is dead! She is the most trifling, lying, and downright mean woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She has a serious forked tongue issue.
I am out of the rental market now (thank God) but I would tell anyone that the management company and leasing office team make all the difference in the world.
It sounds like things have not changed in the last four years - from dead bodies to untimely maintenance. What a shame!
