This new team is so busy with their "Big Plans" that they have no time to correct or attend to the everyday problems. The head of maintenace is a saint, but overworker and definitely underbudgeted. They don't deserve him! The office staff loves it behind their new ornately carved desks, but don't ask to fix the washout gully along side your apartment. Don't ask that the pavement that has now been ripped up for over two months following a pipe burst be filled in! One staff member told me that "unfortunately you haven't caught us at the right point of our improvement plan." Who gives a ---- about their plan when I can't even see out the filthy windows of my entrance door' Lord help those considering signing a lease who don't wander far from the well-groomed model; it will be the last apartment they see in good shape!!
