I have only been living in the complex since july,but everything here is wonderful. it's always quiet, and having kroger/BP/the river right outside your door makes everything very convenient. the first week we moved in, our dishwasher was leaking water and they came out the next day and we had a new dishwasher! people mentioned bugs, but we have not had any major issues, just the usual amount of georgia bugs. the apartments are huge and have thick walls.you worry in some places about 'hearing your neighbor sneeze', but here i dont even know i have neighbors unless i see them in the hall. the management is great and was helpful throughout the whole process and after we moved in as well.its close to both 285 and 75. i can get to campus in 15 minutes and to work in less than 5. a great place to live!
