after living here for three years I would not advise anyone to move in here. The rent may be a little cheaper then other places. Let me tell you why. My vehicle has been broken into once and now has been stolen. both times this has happened the gates were not working and left open for a week at a time day and night. After discussing it with management, they said it wasnt their problem. Also there are some type of rodents that live in the attic of our building that run around at all times of the day and night that no one seems to know how to get rid of. Because of all of this i will be moving when the lease is up.

Sure. You went to the office and told them your car had been stolen, and they said "It isn't our problem"? Yeah, I bet that is exactly how it happened. I also notice that you seem to think that it is because the gates were broken. Do those gates really make you feel that secure? Do you think they have an electric current going through them? If someone wants to steal your car they don't have to drive into the complex, they can park at Laseter's and walk in. It sounds to me like you wanted some sort of concession on your rent and didn't get it, so now you are whining. It isn't their fault your car got stolen. Call the police. I understand that your car got stolen, but this is ATLANTA, that can happen anywhere. You think you have rodents in your attic that noone can get rid of? Did you ever think that maybe it is the squirrls on the roof? There are trees on the property you know. I enjoy living here, and I am very happy about the change in ownership. Sarah, the new manager is very nice, and Ellis is still here. Ellis was the only nice one from the old staff, so I am glad that he stayed. All in all, I don't see what you have to complain about.

Squirrels don't eat things inside your house. There are rats here, I've had them in the house and so has a friend that lived here. The maintenance always takes at least two calls for them to come out for anything, and in the case of the rodents, it was 4 calls. My friend got fed up and killed the ones in her building herself and brought it to the management. They let her out of her lease. I guess that was nice...
