I moved to this apartment complex in May and really like it. I haven't had any of the pest issues in my apartment like the review below expresses, nor has anyone ever been unfriendly. I have good neighbors, a few who have lived here over 10 years, and all my maintenance issues are always taken care of quickly. It sucks that other people feel that this is not a good community and I think a lot of bug problems have more to do with the person who has the issue rather than the place they are living. All of my experiences have been great and I don't plan on moving any time soon.

I agree, I like living here too. They have their issues, but everywhere does. Most things get fixed quickly. As for the pests, I have had a few, but that is to be expected when you live by the woods and river. The things people complain about are in every apartment complex.

Sounds like what the office says about the pest problems. "Do you leave food uncovered?" "noone else complained about roaches". Whatever! This is not the first apartment I lived in (and moved out). I never ever had any pest problems anywhere else. It is very disrespectful to say "I think a lot of bug problems have more to do with the person who has the issue rather than the place they are living". Yeah we are unsanitary your highness. It's good that there are "clean" people like you!!!
