Living here has been nice as long as we haven't had to deal with the office staff. The apartments are mostly nice, and the location really couldn't be better with the river within short walking distance. However, new management does not have restrictions on pets and there have been more and more very mean dogs, and I've been very frightened before when a dog came up to mine, and was snapping at him. The people who work in the office are snobby, and will tell potential residents anything to get them to move in. The 'new gym' is only open when the office is (9-5) and when giving a tour in the gym, they told me they were adding key cards to extend hours, when my husband followed up, they were rude, and said they had too much going on elsewhere and couldn't say if that was going to happen. The gate is often broken, and things break here a bit, but it is an older complex and maintenance usually comes quickly, and they are usually really nice, especially Eugene. I don't know why, but there's a huge problem with broken glass around the complex. There are a lot of amenities, but don't expect to be welcome to use them. When I've gone in to use their wireless internet they were cold and acted annoyed that I was in there. there is a back door to the gym. enter code 514 to unlock it after hours.

Yeah you use that code to get in there by the washers and dryers but the inside door to the gym is locked. At least it was last week when I tried to workout while doing some laundry. I think the shortened the hours because the had a break-in at the office and stuff was stolen.
