If you rent an apartment, you have to realize that you are basically living in a house with 500 other people. Vinings has some cool new amenities. Yeah, they will be better when they are open 24/7, but I am usually too tired to work out after I get home from work anyway. People do need to clean up after their pets. I'm just going to take pictures of who doesn't pick up poo, and turn them in. Say cheese my neighbors!!! If you have bugs, let the office know.
