I have been living in this complex going on a year and it is the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are infested with roaches, I mean these roaches are in your refrigerator, shower, closet, cabinets and not to forget your food. I have contacted management on numerous occassions and nothing has been done. The staff at this complex is nothing but a bunch of incompotent losers who are lacking the skills and knowledge to fix necessary problems within this community. Whenever, I make a complaint its always the run around here, especially with the property manager. Its never a problem that she can solve. The living conditions here should be against the law and I wish someone will come and shut the whole community down for what its worth. The sign says "luxury" but if you consider living with roaches a luxury this is the place for you. From time to time you can't even get parking near your building. I have had to park at other bildings and walk to my building because there is no parking for the residents, other vehicles like boats tractor trailers and non residents have taken all the parking. The prices for the units are unreasonable considering the conditions you have to live in. I have not been able to utilize my kitchen for about 5 months and have not been moved to another available unit or even reimbursed for it. I have always paid my over priced rent on time each time without my checks every bouncing and I think deserve the help of management. If you are interested in hassle free living, no roaches and diplomatic staff The Vinings at River Parkway is not the place to be. I am sure other residents in the community can attest to my testimony. All my dishes are currently on the floor because there is no place to store them. The staff will always tell you the "Tiffany", the so-called property manager is on another call or not in the office, never avaialble to assist residents and then they have the audosity to act like your the problem instead of making an effort to fix the problems. DONT MOVE HERE, I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I totally agree! I'm waiting to get out myself! If anything happens, management wants to blame it on YOU! Incredible. There was an incident where someone left FECES on the floor in our building and it stayed there for an entire day and night after it was reported. And my neighbors said when they reported it, all they got was attitude!

Yeah I just moved in last month. I have seen 2 roaches but they were in the hallway on the entry level floor. I have not seen 1 roach in my apt. yet. I luckily have not had a negative experience like the other 2 ppl have yet. MY apt. was nice and clean when I moved in. I don't know what to tell you about the roaches, have you tried Raid? Maybe someone in your building keeps an extremely dirty apt. and it is drawing in the bugs. I don't think this place is as bad as you said, at least from my perspective there are no "roaches in my shower or refrigerator" That just makes no sense. Also how have you not been able to use your kitchen for 5 months, that also makes no sense to me.

I have roaches in my apartment too! They are in the shower, the sink, on the floor....I kill an average of 2 per day. I keep my apartment very clean and I have removed all food in an effort to control the problem. I contacted the mgt staff and I was told that I have to call in weekly and request the pest control service. Pest control is a joke because the roaches are still there! I am waiting for my lease to expire so I can get out!
