I lived here for a year and overall it was an average place to live. Nothing special. My biggest complaints were the lack of parking (fine in the daytime, but if you come home later than 10 p.m. - Good luck!), the roaches (biggest I have ever seen) that invaded my apartment quite often (they come in through the dryer vent and water pipes, & the horrible maintenance staff (my air conditioning broke 4 times!). On the plus side, the leasing staff is very nice and the location is great (close to all VA HI restaurants & shopping).
