Great location makes up for downfalls

Of course, the VA-HI/Midtown location can't be beat, especially when a two-bedroom apartment runs only about $1000 per month. However, this complex is the third I've lived in in Atlanta, and it has by far the worst parking situation. There are only 6 visitor spots, and they tow trucks operate on a -----like schedule. The old trolley tracks (hence the old name of the complex) that are at the entrance are wreaking havoc on my suspension. I was told that my apt was a non-smoker unit, but it stinks of stale smoke. The A/C has already broken twice. The staff is nice and helpful, but the maintenance men are pretty sketchy. Again, the location is fantastic, but I definitely wouldn't live here longer than my one-year lease.
