For the past year, there have been numerous car break-ins or thefts each month. Make sure you ask management for full crime reports and copies of *every* "Crime Watch" report they have issued to residents in the past year. Also, drive through the parking lot at night to see how dark and poorly lit it is. Finally, track down a local Atlanta police officer and quietly ask them to give you the real story on this area.
