Sat, Dec 29, 2012, a few minutes prior to the rental office closing (2) overhead lights in my kitchen went out; unfortunately, not allowing adequate light to cook for the holiday season. I immediately went down to the office asking for assistance and Zuwane James, the maintenance contractor saved the day; he immediately within 15 minutes was at my apartment changing out the lights (after office hours). Thanks to Mr. James for your "time" and your hard work is greatly appreciated. Pamela
