Couldn't move out fast enough From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   You would think a year goes by quickly, but it doesn't if you are living at Palisades. When I moved in, the apartment was disgusting. Also, there were all sorts of maintenance problems. I filled out requests but nothing ever happened. I called daily, weekly, monthly, etc. but nothing ever happened except when one of the office staff told me not to call again. The majority of the requests were simple: hang door on hinges, put covers on light sockets, replace the missing fire extinguisher. Nothing happened until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in March. I am not sure what the office staff does because they are unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. The turn over for the staff is about 3 months. These apartments were built awhile ago and it shows. Everything is always breaking. Noise is a huge issue. If you want something done, don't just post to apt ratings.
