Terrible Neighbors, Terrible Staff

I have lived here for six years, but I definitely will not be renewing my lease. This place was great to stay until the complex was bought by another company. Now the staff in useless, and a very low class of people are allowed in.
The staff turnover is terrible, which means this is not a good place to work, which also means the staff will not put much into their work. And this really shows. Repairs are impossible to get done. Everybody has an attitude. Customer service is not a priority.
My new neighbors are very low class. I always have bass coming thru the ceiling, wall, or window at all times of the night. Drug use can readily seen. Before the management change, I didnt fear my car being broken into. Now car breakins are a common occurance.
I only renewed my lease because they lowered my rent $100.00. In hindsight, it still wasnt worth it.
