Pretty bad

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
Rent due on 2nd. If oyu pay on the 3rd, it costs you an extra $100.
Maintenance is pretty bad, had to harp on them for several days to get them to look at my broken A/C in July, I have A/C now but no heat and it is getting chilly. Then it took months to get a toilet fixed. The office staff is less than stellar, I rarely see the same people in there two months in a row.
