Hi all,

I have lived here since early April 2003.

And despite delayed maintenence on a couple of very minor issues, and staff changes often.

I do not find it that bad to live here, I feel safe, the complex is nice.
(pools, gym, clubhouse, location, landscape, etc.)

As for the minor issues, I plan on taking the initiative and fixing them myself.
That way it will get done sooner, and proably better (I am somewhat of a handyman).

I do not see or have a problem with my neighbors, they all pretty much seem to be decent people.

And I am not embarrassed to bring friends, family, aquaintences, etc. here either.

The building I am in is not noisy, does not have any flooding problems, and does not have an always present bad aroma..

As far as the gates, if people would stop crashing thru them, or going the wrong way in or out, there probably would not be a problem.

I have a pretty good sized apartment, for a decent price.

So I really don't have any complaints.

If you want something done, and the staff is not taking care of it, after the 2nd-3rd try, do it yourself, take it up with the BBB, the housing authorities, etc.

And get it taken care of, instead of waiting for them.

Besides since the staff changes often, maybe the next group will do better. We shall see.

By the way, I do recommend this place to people looking, since it is not THAT bad in my opinion.
