Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
I lived at this complex for 3 years and it was terrible. Maintanence never comes at all. They are not selective about who they allow to move in. The gates are always broken, and the staff is terrible. I recently purchased a home and I moved out on a Tuesday. My rent was paid for the full month of January and when I came back 2 days later to pick up some small things the MAINTANENCE STAFF vandalized my place and stole items although the place was still technically mine for the end of the month. Also when I decided to purchase a home they still made me pay for the last month of my lease although I am not living there. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.
