DO NOT MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   THIS IS THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I HAVE HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THE NEIGHBOR DOWNSTAIRS FOR MONTHS NOW (EVER SINCE THE PERSON MOVED IN-THE VERY FIRST NIGHT AT 12:30 AM!) AND MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. I AM LIVING IN HELL ON EARTH HERE. THIS IS A CONSTANT PROBLEM AND VERY STRESSFUL FOR ME OR ANYONE TRYING TO LIVE AT THIS COMPLEX. I WILL BE LEAVING AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP (1 YR--THE SHORTEST TIME I WILL HAVE EVER RENTED FROM ANY COMPLEX). THERE IS NO COURTESY PATROL AND THE ANSWERING SERVICE IS LAX. MY NEW NEIGHBOR IS LEAVING AS SOON AS HIS LEASE IS UP (UNFORTUNATELY HE HAS MANY MONTHS TO GO). WE WILL BOTH LEAVE THIS GHETTO BEHIND. MOVE HERE AND YOU WILL BE MISERABLE.
