I recently moved in 2 mths ago and havent had any problems. Yes it is an old community but you know this upon driving the property, so yes there will be a few maintenance problems as with any old apt community.One reason people move here is bc of cheap rent specials if you want upperclass/new apt. move to Alpharetta or Buckhead ETC thats common sense.My bldg is quite so far.At time of move in maintenance request were completed when I got home from work the next day.Thin walls' try moving into a brand new community which I moved from those walls are really paper thin.
