Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in this complex for 1 year after a couple of others. It was the worst of all. the only nice thing about it is the close proximity of the chattahoochee, if you care.
The place is old, hardly taken care of and not even that cheap for what you get. But the worst thing is the managment. If you need to dealwith them about anything, and you surely will, you better have time and good nerves. They are unfriendly and arrogant. They make constantly mistakes and you better make sure you get everything in writting. Otherwise you will get ripped off.
Costumer service - what is that'
My advice - TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! you deserve it!
