I have lived here for almost 5 years. I started out in a 2 BDR/2BA and now live in a 1BDR/1 BA. The complex started out great. We had wonderful neighbors and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Then, the management changed and it seems as if they stopped screening applicants because the complex has gone completely downhill. Sure, it looks good on the outside but there are so many problems with the management, the neighbors and the apartments themselves.
I have gotten notes from the management about leaving my mop on the balcony to dry yet they let peoples old beat up cars sit for months in the parking areas and never do a thing about it. I have to call several times to have maintenance requests handled and I have spent 9 months trying to reconcile an accounting error with the mgmt. One person will say " OK it's taken care of" then I'll get a note from the mgmt 3 months later saying I owe them $5.93 for a water bill for an apt that I had not even moved into yet.
I am buying a house in 3 months and can't wait to move out. If I wasn't I would seriously be considering moving to another complex because this one has gone to s**t.
